Introducing the 2025 PDX Coffee Club Advent Calendar! Enjoy 24 days of exceptional coffee from Portland's top roasters. Each day features a unique 40g sample of whole bean coffee, hand-picked by that roaster to showcase their unique style and sourcing expertise. All calendars are available to be shipped directly to you or picked up in person at our cafe in Hillsdale or downtown Portland.

Calendars ordered prior to 11/11 will be mailed to ensure delivery prior to 12/1, or if in-person pickup is selected, they will be available starting 11/25.
All calendars ordered on or after 11/12 will be shipped or made available for pickup progressively in the order they are received throughout November and December.

Calendars pre-ordered before November 11th 2025 that are fulfilled by shipping will be sent between November 18th and 25th via UPS Ground, USPS priority mail or equivalent service with an expected delivery date of November 23 - November 29th.

Calendars fulfilled by pick up will be available at both PDX Coffee Club cafes. The locations are, Hillsdale - 6369 SW Capitol Hwy, Portland OR 97219 OR Downtown - 306 SW 1st ave, Portland OR 97204. Pickup is available during normal business hours starting November 25th. Please see google listing for most up to date hours and communication.

Pick up will begin at our cafes on November 25th during normal business hours. All calendars that are fulfilled using shipping will be sent by either USPS or UPS starting 11/18. PDX Coffee Club will do its best to ensure all calendars ordered before 11/11 arrive before December 1st 2025 and calendars ordered after 11/12 arrive before Christmas, however, we will not be held responsible for delays or delivery issues due to carrier mishandling. Roasters are subject to change without notice in the unplanned and unlikely event that a roaster is unable to fulfill their coffee order for the calendar. All coffees included in the calendar are whole bean without exception. Thank you for your understanding and please contact us should you have any questions or concerns.
